Kola Bilewu
Mike Bells is a new sourcing business, and we say so rather than dress it up. What we have is a process: every property measured against sold comparatives, every rent measured against the streets around it, and the full numbers in front of you before you commit.
We would rather be judged on the first deal we close than on a claim about the last hundred.
